The company has strong technical force, including 6 senior forging engineers and 43 professional forging technicians. It has advanced forging equipment, including one of the largest hydraulic presses (6,000 tons and 3,150 tons) in Taizhou, which can withstand various forgings under 50 tons; 1 set 6 ton free forging machine, and 12 large trolley-type heating furnaces, forging table heat treatment tempering furnace and quenching and tempering, etc.; and is equipped with complete finishing equipment, 4 large gantry milling machines; 18 large, medium and small high-speed band sawing machines.There are large horizontal lathes, planers, drilling machines, milling machines and other processing equipment in the workshop.

The company has a professional metal testing laboratory ,equipped with ultrasonic flaw detectors, carbon and sulfur analyzers, Leeb hardness testers, spectrophotometers and other testing equipment, to ensure the quality control and inspection of products from billets to finished products,making the quality of mold steel products at the forefront of the industry.

The company mainly produces forging products: VD45#, 50#,55#,60#, 80#, 40Cr, 42CrMo, P20, 718, 5CrNiMoV, 2311,2738,38CrMoAl, 2Cr13/3Cr13/4Cr13 and electroslag H13 and other forging products, especially for each mold company customizes mold forgings such as automobile bumpers under 25 tons and various large instrument panels, and undertakes various cylindrical forging products. Forging products are also widely used in shipbuilding, petrochemical, nuclear power, heavy machinery and equipment and other industries.
